Questions related to the Bidding Documents are to be submitted in writing to Matt Robertson, mattr@jonescivil.com no later than 5:00 pm on February 10, 2025. Bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond. The selected Contractor shall guarantee all work with a Performance Bond, Payment Bond, and Warranty Bond. See Instructions to Bidders and Agreement for more info. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Bidders shall submit proof of qualifications to perform the Work as described in the Instructions to Bidders. Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any informality in a Bid, and to make awards in the best interests of the Owner.
