Renovation of a detention facility in Fort Worth, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 44,000-square-foot detention facility.
The purpose of this bid is to perform 'Construction Manager-At-Risk for the Cold Spring Jail Renovation' Bidders shall price ALL items. It is the intention of Tarrant County to select a Construction Manager-At-Risk using a one-step selection process. Tarrant County reserves the right to designate the work in the best interest of Tarrant County. Historically underutilized businesses (HUBs), also known as a disadvantaged business enterprise (DBE), are generally business enterprises at least 51% of which is owned and the management and daily business operations are controlled by one or more persons who is/are socially and economically disadvantaged because of his or her identification as a member of certain groups, including women, Black Americans, Mexican Americans and other Americans of Hispanic origin, Asian Americans and American Indians.
