Site work and paving for a civil project in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The installation of a 10' wide concrete trail along the lower shelf of Brays Bayou. The trail consists of two segments. One being from N. Braeswood Blvd. to Hilcroft Ave. and the other from Chimney Rock Rd. to S. Rice ave. Total linear feet of both trails is approximately 6,173 linear feet. Construction in, on, or near existing roadways will require a Traffic Control Plan. Construction also requires the implementation of Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan and features. Disposal of any excess material and debris is the responsibility of the contractor. All disturbed areas are to be hydromulch seeded as indicated on plans. The deadline to ask questions is 2/20/2025 5:00 PM CST A cashier's check or Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide a performance bond and payment bond as provided for in the bid documents, for the full amount of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids. No bid may be withdrawn until the expiration of 60 days from the date bids are opened. MWSBE Goal: _24%_ percent, where SBE can make up to 4% of the goal.
