The purpose of this Request for Proposal is to invite Proposals from professional, qualified and experienced firms to select a Proponent to provide progressive design build services for Civic Centre and Curling Refrigeration Plant Replacement Project. The Design-Builder will bring progressive design build expertise to assist the owner, the City of Kimberley, through the various phases of the Project.
