SCOPE OF WORK: Install new Luxury Vinyl Tile at the Grand Junction Senior Center. Rooms to receive new flooring are the Multipurpose room, Lounge, Hallway and Kitchen. The flooring done is approximately 3,100 square feet. See attached floor plan. Remove existing cove base in the designated rooms. The existing flooring is to remain. Prep floor and float all cracks and uneven areas for a smooth surface for the new flooring. New flooring shall be a commercial grade Luxury Vinyl Tile. Provide and install new 4-inch rubber cove base in the designated rooms.
