Site work for a mixed-use development in Somerset, Kentucky. Completed plans call for site work for a swimming pool.
Project Location: 1030 Hwy 2227, Somerset, Ky 42503. Removal and replacement of the PVC membrane on the Lazy River. Construction Contract: Bids will be received for the following Work: General Contract (all trades). Prebid Meeting: No Prebid meeting will be held. Prospective prime bidders are encouraged to visit the site. Successful bidder shall begin the Work on receipt of the Notice to Proceed and shall complete the Work by May 9th , 2025. The work is subject to liquidated damages. A Performance Bond, separate Labor and Material Payment Bond, and Insurance in a form acceptable to Owner will be required of the successful Bidder. No bids may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after opening of bids. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities and irregularities.
