The scope of the project includes: Construction of a new fleet storage facility for Rochester Parks and Forestry and Rochester Public Works along with remodeling in the existing Rochester Public Works Building. The building site is located between Broadway and the east side of the existing public works building. The new building construction will consist of Precast concrete walls and bar joist roof structure. The current design calls for roughly 78,000 sf of fleet storage and roughly 13,500 sf for office and conference room spaces.
