The Office of Exposition Park Management (OEPM) is soliciting proposals to procure all materials, supplies, equipment, and labor for Grounds and Landscape Services for Exposition Park. You are invited to review and respond to this Request for Proposal (RFP), entitled RFP OEPM 24-002 Grounds and Landscape Services for Exposition Park. The contract will be in effect on July 1, 2025 and the contract price will not exceed $675,000 per Fiscal Year. The contract will be let for three (3) years (up to$2,270,000) and will include two (2) one (1) year renewal options $840,000 per renewal option (additional maximum); for a total amount, including renewal options, of up to $3,950,000. In submitting your proposal, you must comply with all the instructions contained herein The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to elicit proposals to provide the Office of Exposition ParkManagement (OEPM) with grounds and landscape services for Exposition Park. See Exhibit A for a completedescription of services. The name of this RFP will herein be referred to as "Grounds and Landscape Services."Exposition Park is approximately 148 acres of public park space open 365 days per year from 6:00 AM - 10:00PM. It is an open campus, there are no fences or gates to restrict pedestrian access. Exposition Park is currentlyhome to the following world-renowned cultural, educational, arts, entertainment and athletic venues -California Science Center, California African American Museum, Expo Center, Rose Garden, BMO Stadium, LosAngeles Memorial Coliseum, Los Angeles Natural History Museum and Lucas Museum of Narrative Arts.Contractor will maintain common areas as detailed in Exhibit A.The Contractor will be responsible for providing on-site management and delivery of grounds and landscapeservices for the OEPM as stipulated in this RFP. The objective is to attain grounds and landscape services thatensure all green spaces, walkways and medians are maintained at the highest possible aesthetic condition andto the highest safety and cleanliness standards. In doing so, and unless specifically noted and pre- approved bythe OEPM, the Contractor agrees to provide the OEPM with all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessaryto successfully perform all aspects of the scope of work under this contract.
