Renovation of an educational facility in Lancaster, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Garrard County Board of Education (Board of Education or Board) will receive sealed proposals for the removal, disposal and replacement of five (5) Makeup Air Units at Garrard Middle School. You are invited to submit a sealed proposal subject to the terms and conditions included herein. Please read the instructions and specifications carefully. Failure to comply with these instructions may disqualify your proposal. PERFORMANCE BOND The Board of Education reserves the right to determine the ability of any vendor to perform the work, and any vendor shall, upon request, furnish such information as may be necessary to determine ability, including a performance bond, if requested. The Board of Education reserves the right to accept any proposal, to reject any or all proposals, to waive any irregularities or informalities in proposals received where such acceptance, rejection or waiver is considered to be in its best interest. The Board of Education also reserves the right to reject any proposal where evidence or information submitted by the vendor does not provide satisfactory proof that the vendor is qualified to carry out the details of the contract.
