This is a Request for Bid (RFB) issued by The Great Lakes Water Authority ("GLWA" or "Owner" seeking bids from experienced and qualified vendors to provide fuel tank maintenance services, including all regular inspections, recordkeeping, and reporting as necessary to comply with all applicable local, state and federal regulations, including the Steel Tank Institute's SP001 standards, related to the storage and/or dispensing of diesel and unleaded gasoline fuels in underground fuel storage tanks (USTs) and above-ground fuel storage tanks (ASTs), in accordance with the terms and conditions herein.
