St. Johns County is soliciting a quote from a qualified Contractor to provide all labor and materials required to remove and replace fencing at SJCU Bartram Oaks Water Treatment Plant, 412 Treaty Oak Ln, St. Augustine, FL 32092 in accordance with all applicable local, state, and federal rules and regulations. ALL PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS/RESPONDENTS ARE ENCOURAGED NOT TO CONTACT ANY MEMBER OF THE ST. JOHNS COUNTY STAFF OR OFFICIALS OTHER THAN THE SPECIFIED CONTACT PERSON. St. Johns County reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids/proposals, waive minor informalities, or award the bid/proposal which best serves the interests of St. Johns County. Questions are due no later than four oclock (4:00 PM EST) on Thursday, February 6, 2025 SCOPE OF WORK: Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to remove and replace damaged fence at SJCU Bartram Oaks Water Treatment Plant, 412 Treaty Oak Ln, St. Augustine, St. Johns County, FL 32092. o Contractor shall provide all licenses, permits, insurance and bonds as required. o Contractor is responsible for any and all locates. o Contractor is to take necessary precautions to prevent public access to the work area during the duration of the project. o Contractor is responsible for the removal and proper disposal of all materials associated with the project and shall restore disturbed areas back to existing conditions. o Laydown area for equipment and materials shall be coordinated and approved in advance with SJC Project Manager to limit disruption to Bartram Oaks Water Treatment Plant and neighbors. o Work shall be performed in accordance with the scope of work. o Contractor is responsible for any damages to existing structures caused in the course of the work and shall repair/or replace as necessary, at no additional cost to the County. o Site Visit is recommended prior to submittal. o Installation must be during operating hours Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00PM EST.
