HVAC and R Systems Maintenance Repairs Install Citywide The work to be performed under this Contract includes furnishing all labor, materials, travel time, equipment, transportation and all other work incidental thereto necessary or required to provide Heating, Ventilation, Air-Conditioning and Refrigeration (HVAC&R) equipment and systems installation, maintenance, and repair services to the City of New York (the City) Department of Parks and Recreation (the Agency or the Department or NYC Parks or Parks) at NYC Parks facilities, Citywide This Request for Bids is released through PASSPort, New York City's online procurement portal. On request, prospective bidders will have the opportunity to examine the equipment at the sites.
