The successful bidder will be notified as soon as practicable by letter and the bidder must be prepared to enter a contract to furnish the required materials or services. Washington County reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids received, to waive any or all informalities and to disregard all nonconforming, non-responsive or conditional bids. Purchases by the County of Washington are not subject to any Sales tax, Federal Excise Tax, or Transportation Tax. Bid price will be net point of delivery indicated in bid. All material must be furnished as per bid and any detailed specifications attached. Contracts will be awarded to the lowest responsible bidder barring any rejections or waiving of informalities in any or all bids. Washington County reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids received, to waive any or all informalities and it disregard all non-conforming, non-responsive or conditional bids. Term of Bid The term of the bid will be for a period of April 1, 2025, to March 31, 2026. This term may be extended twice for a one-year period each under the same terms and conditions of this bid. All extensions must be approved by both parties.
