Renovation of a museum in Worcester, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a museum.

Salisbury Mansion Roof Worcester Historical Museum, d.b.a. Museum of Worcester, the Awarding Authority, requests bids for the replacement of the existing wood shingle roof and flashing to a standing seam copper roof at the SalisburyMansion, Worcester MA which is listed in the State and National Registers of Historic Places. This project is being funded in part by THE MASSACHUSETTS PRESERVATION PROJECTS FUND THROUGH THE MASSACHUSETTS HISTORIC COMMISSION. All work must be performed in accordance with the documents prepared by Benoit Design Group, Architect, 645 Chandler Street Worcester, MA 01602 and meet the Secretary of the Interior's Standards for the Treatment of Historic Properties. State Law prohibits discrimination. Awarding this contract is subject to Affirmative Action and Equal Opportunity guidelines. Bids shall be evaluated on the basis of price, depth of experience with comparable projects, and familiarity with buildings of similar architectural significance: three projects from sites listed on the State and/or National Register of Historic Places completed within the last seven years, ability to perform the work in a timely manner, and references.
