On-demand services for HVAC repairs Complete list of requirements as per the terms of reference of this NRFP. Contract Term: Three years with option to extend for two more years Proponent Conditions: All Proponents submitting to the noted project are required to have all the required documents as per the specifications including but not limited to: Certificate of General Liability Insurance and Professional Liability Insurance WSIB Clearance Certificate or equivalent Certifications/Licenses of all staff being assigned to City of Sarnia account This Procurement activity may be subject to the terms of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement and other trade agreements.
