Manor Independent School District ("Owner" or "MISD" or "Manor ISD") is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors for District Wide Utility Upgrades in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements set forth in this Request for Proposals ("RFP"). Bidding vendors are to include all costs of these items within their proposal. Vendor is responsible for visiting each site and providing all electrical/plumbing/ventilation/fabrication upgrades for all listed incoming equipment. Vendor is responsible for including costs for all parts, labor, and return trips necessary to complete required upgrades during normal business & after hours.
