Renovation of a mixed-use development in Ramona, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility; and transportation facility.
Contractor agrees to provide to the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (CAL FIRE) Fire Suppressant Loading System and Pit Replacement service, as described herein Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, equipment, tools, permits, taxes, transportation, and fees to demolish existing pavement, plumbing, electrical, and low-voltage control systems; Contractor shall construct new pavement, plumbing and electrical systems (including utility connections). Contractor License Type Description A General Engineering Contractor The DVBE Participation Program applies, and a three percent (3%) goal is required for this IFB. Bidder shall submit a *bid bond (executed by an admitted surety insurer) with bid as described herein. The bidders bid bond shall be no less than 10 percent (10%) of bidders total bid submit written questions regarding the bid by February 18, 2025. All questions should be emailed in writing to dennis.schrader@fire.ca.gov. NO QUESTIONS will be entertained after February 21, 2025. Payment Bond (STD 807) Requirement: If the successful bidders bid exceeds $25,000, the successful bidder shall furnish a Payment Bond for not less than 100 percent (100%) of the total amount payable by the terms of this Agreement. st bid.
