Bid Packages include: 31-Earthwork, 32A-Asphalt, 32B-Fences and Gates, 32C-Landscaping, 33-Site Utilities, 03A-Concrete, 03B-Precast, 04-Masonry, 05-Structural Steel, 06-General Trades, 07-Roofing, 08A-Overhead Doors, 08B-Aluminum Framing and Glazing, 09A-Gypsum Board Systems, 09B-ACT, 09C-Flooring and Tile, 09D-Specialty Flooring (Epoxy), 09E-Specialty Flooring (Densifier), 09F-Painting, 10-Pallet Storage Racks, 11-Vehicle Service and Wash Bay Equipment, 13-Fuel Station, 14-Elevator, 21-Fire Protection, 22-Plumbing, 23-HVAC, 26-Electrical and Low-Voltage. The United City of Yorkville reserves the right to reject any and all bids or proposals and to waive any informalities, technicalities and irregularities in bidding.
