Bids will be accepted under seal to the Owner for construction of a new 4H and Hay bam located at the fairgrounds. Project Description: Construction of a timber framed bam (4H Bam) and pole building (Hay Bam) with metal roof including electrical. There is no pre-bid walkthrough. Bids are required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of45 days after submission. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The Bid Bond or certified check payable to Owner shall be in an amount no less than 5% of the maximum bid as a guarantee, that if the Bid is accepted, the Bidder will execute and file the Contract, Performance and Payment Bonds, and Insurance Certification, as required by the Contract Documents within (10) days after the Notice of Award. Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and to accept or reject any or all Bids.
