Warranty the pumps for a period of One (1) year from date of start-up. The Darneille pump is a spare for the station and as such, will remain in storage until the next pump will need replaced. Contractor will advise proper storage technique and start warranty from the date of installation following start-up assistance at that later date. City of Grants Pass staff will remove the units and ship them to the contractor's facility at the City's cost. Contractor will ship completed units back to the WRP at the contractor's cost. WRP staff will unload them from the contractor's truck and reinstall them prior to contractor coming to the site for start-up assistance. This unit is located at the City's Darneille Pump Station. Pump #2 WRP, a 16 X 16 model I16K-MD-IEUC6, Wemco Hidrostal centrifugal screw pump. Serial #06W06154-01 Material: cast iron with high chrome iron liner and stainless-steel impeller. Conditions: 11100/10700/12000/2000 GPM. Against: 38'/41'/30'/30' TDH. At: 1140/1140/1140/660 RPM. The unit is located at the City's Water Restoration Plant. Proposer is to include with quote a list of Wemco Hidrostal screw centrifugal pumps, and or pumps of similar design, rebuilt within the last five (5) years.
