Work is described in general, non-inclusive terms as: 1. Demolition and removal of Flour Bluff Elevated Storage Tank 2. Removal of 16" Tank influent and effluent waterline 3. All other site restoration, and yard piping and electrical component removal work included in the Contract Documents. 4. Other work shown, specified, or required for a complete demolition. Refer to contract documents, plans and specifications for additional information. It is the responsibility of the Contractor bidding the project to ensure the accuracy of the reproduction of all Bid Documents and Construction Drawings. This includes, but is not limited to, proper scaling, paper width and length, etc. Failure to do so may result in errors in the Unit Bid Quantities and or Bids Amounts. Bidders are advised to refer to Request for Bids Section 5 of the bidding documents for a list of required bid submittals.
