As of September 3, 2025, the project has been cancelled. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: C.C.T.V Installation for Care Center Question Deadline 02/11/2025 at 2:00 PM CT Questions due to Buyer via email: valerie.calvente@dupagecounty.gov DuPage County ("County") Care Center ("Care Center") is seeking a Contractor to provide Cable and Closed Caption Television for its facility and Residents at 400 N. County Farm Road, Wheaton, IL 60187. The Care Center is a 24/7 provider of services. The Contractor shall provide 24/7/365 service for its 366 Residents. The County is wired for Cable Television with its current provider, Comcast (Appendix A). The Care Center provides over-the-air channels via an outdoor TV antenna at no cost to Residents. Contractor shall have the ability for Residents to pay for services directly to cable television provider. The County is in the process of installing new model televisions in each Resident's room. The Contractor shall specialize or have specialized in senior cabling services. Services shall include but not limited to broadcast event schedules, menus, activities, announcements, and advertisement across the Care Center. Contractor shall provide the County and its Residents with opportunities to minimize and customize pricing.
