The scope of work for the Re ed Canal Stormwater Pond Expansion Project includes the furnishing of all equipment and personnel needed to expand the existing stormwater pond located at our Re ed Canal Stormwater Control Facility in accordance with the site plan. All disturbed areas including the pond side-slopes must be sodded with Bahia Sod for stabilization. The disposal of all excavated dirt will be the responsibility of the contractor. The installation of a temporary construction entrance with wash rack to prevent mud from entering Re ed Canal Road will be required. The contractor agrees that by submitting a bid he has explored the site conditions both above and below the ground and has deemed the conditions acceptable to complete the project as shown.
