RFP 240068, Various General Engineering Services to Support Provincial Operational Services Ministry of Highways Standing Offer Saskatchewan Ministry of Highways Provincial Operational Services (POS) intends to short list up to three (3) consulting firms capable of providing general design and construction services for a period of 2 years with the option to extend the Standing Offer for two (2) additional one-year period(s). Work for this contract will be on a need basis with no work guaranteed. The scope of work may include but is not limited to: o Surveying inside and outside the right of way (ROW). (ex. surveying and designing the required sign faces that are required on a road corridor) o General design work (excluding culverts) o General Drafting services o Construction administration (ex. supervising the construction of a 10 km Thin Membrane Surface (TMS) rehabilitation project) o Surveying and drafting of intersection pavement markings. (ex. surveying the pavement markings at 50 intersections province wide) Category of Work: CA-Grading, CA- Surfacing, Design-Surfacing, Traffic Operations Prequalified Consultants being held in a probationary status at time of competition close and evaluation, should reference the Professional Services Procurement Manual - PSPM 100-04 for additional information pertaining to their eligibility to participate in this competition.
