Plumbing Services For PLUMBING SERVICES throughout the County of Santa Clara in accordance with Bid Documents on file for the Work in the Procurement Department. This is a Public Work and will require Prevailing Wages to be paid. The Work will consist of PLUMBING SERVICES on an "as needed" basis at various County owned/leased facilities throughout the County of Santa Clara. All work shall be in conformity with the specifications and all applicable regulations and standards. Contractor shall be responsible for the method, type of material, and equipment used successfully under the conditions encountered in the performance of the work described herein. The Contractor is responsible for ensuring that the bid is received at the designated office before the specified due date. Bids submitted to the incorrect location or after the deadline will be returned or rejected. Each bid must be accompanied by cash, a certified or cashier's check, or a bond in the sum of not less than 10% of the total aggregate of the bid price, including all additive bid items. The check or bond must be made payable to "The County of Santa Clara." Q & A deadline: Jan 30, 2025 6:00:00 PM EST The Contractor must possess a C-36 PLUMBING CONTRACTOR LICENSE issued by the Contractor's State License Board at the time the bid is submitted, per Business and Professions Code section 7028.15.
