**As of February 20, 2025, project will rebid, no definite date for the rebid.** D Building Landing Repair SCOPE OF WORK TO BE PERFORMED: 4.1 Vendor shall demolish the existing slab on deck and plaster below. 4.2 Vendor is responsible for all clean up and disposal of construction debris. Vendors must provide their own method of disposal of construction debris. 4.3 Vendor shall remove and reinstall the outside light above the ground floor door. 4.4 Vendor shall install a new metal deck, steel reinforcement, and concrete slab. 4.5 Vendor shall replace the new ceiling. 4.6 Vendor shall patch/rub spalling at second level door threshold. The West Virginia Purchasing Division is soliciting bids on behalf of West Virginia Veterans Home to establish a contract for D Building Landing Repair. This project includes making repairs to existing structures where damages exist, by removal of existing damaged areas enough to create a state of workable repair, and matching exactly the existing dimensions, density, color, grade, and design of existing structure, in accordance with NCA. The vendor shall furnish all materials, labor, and equipment necessary to complete all Construction Services. The vendor shall furnish any incidental work, materials, labor, and equipment that are necessary to complete the Construction Services, even if such incidental work is not explicitly included in the Project Plans.
