Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Fresno, California. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Contractor agrees to provide to the California Department of Forestry and Fire Protection (CAL FIRE) Pavement Resealing Services, as described herein: Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, equipment, tools, permits, taxes, transportation, and fees to provide crack fill, seal coat, and restriping of pavement at CAL FIRE Southern Region - Fresno (CSRF HQ) Detailed Scope of Work A. Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, equipment, tools, and permits, to provide asphalt emulsion with fillers and polymers (Overkote or equal) and line marking services for the front and rear parking lots totaling approximately 109,769 square feet (sq ft). B. Contractor shall provide asphalt emulsion at all the front and rear parking areas, non-parking areas, and specified driving areas. C. Contractor shall provide line marking by restriping all lines in the parking and non-parking areas, including handicap parking areas. Striping shall only be applied after sealer is sufficiently cured and is not allowed to bleed through due to pre-mature striping.
