Renovation of an educational facility in Dryden, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Domestic Hot Water Boiler Replacement Question Deadline 02/19/2025 Submit questions in writing to NED007@tompkinscortland.edu . Scope of Work All labor and equipment associated with the isolation and removal (including disposal in accordance of law) of the existing PK Boiler and the installation of a new noncondensing domestic heating boiler with equal capacity. Provide specifications of specific unit with sealed bid. Included in this project will also be the necessary connections of the new boiler to the existing gas line, and the existing recirculation pump and to provide the required stainless steel venting back to the existing stack. A new recirculating pump with motor will be required to increase the RPMs of the unit should be included in the price. The new boiler shall be equipped with a stainless-steel heat exchanger. All new copper piping, valves, bushings, connections and wiring should be included in this quotation back to existing tie in utility locations. Pipe insulation required where needed, and the company should provide all work associated with boiler startup
