As of April 2, 2025 this project was awarded to Metro LED LLC in the amount of $492,937.20 Question Deadline 02/20/2025 at 3:00 PM ET Online Portal, Deadline for Submission of Questions Submit questions to: cpprocurement@clayton.k12.ga.us This Invitation to Bids ("ITB") is to solicit bids from qualified Bidders to provide Various LED Monument Sign Replacement for Clayton County Public Schools ("CCPS" or "District"). A detailed Scope of Services (SOS) is set forth in this ITB. Immediately after the Pre-Bid Conference CCPS and all interested firms in attendance will then leave the Administrative Complex and travel to the following six locations: Thurgood Marshall Elementary, located at 5885 Maddox Rd, Morrow, GA 30260, Edmonds Elementary, located at 4495 Simpson Rd, Forest Park, GA 30297, Joseph H. Huie Elementary, located at 1260 Rock Cut Rd, Forest Park, GA 30297, Southern Crescent Stadium located at 6231, Garden Walk Blvd, Riverdale, GA 30274, Riverdale Elementary, located at 6253 Garden Walk Blvd, Riverdale, GA 30274, and Hawthorne Elementary, located at 10750 English Road Hampton, GA 30228. During the Pre-Bid Conference, the general requirements of the project will be discussed. The Contract shall commence within ten (10) calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. The initial term of the Agreement and any renewal terms are collectively referred to as the Term. The initial term of this Agreement shall be for one (1) year, and renewal is contingent upon availability of funds with two (2) one-year options at the sole discretion of CCPS. The services to be performed under this Agreement shall commence on the effective date of this agreement and terminate absolutely and without further obligation on the part of the CCPS on June 30th of the year in which it was executed and on June 30th of each succeeding and renewed year, as required by O.C.G.A. 20-2-506 (b), as amended, unless terminated earlier in accordance with the termination provisions of this agreement. This contract shall not be deemed to create a debt of CCPS for the payment of any sum beyond the fiscal year of execution or, in the event of a renewal, beyond the fiscal year of such renewal. Bidders must comply with all Federal, State of Georgia and local regulations and laws applicable to provide Various LED Monument Sign Replacement. Bidders must provide all services as requested in this ITB in accordance with Scope of Services attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
