The Town of Bartonville, Texas, will receive sealed bids for the referenced project which involves the reconstruction of approximately 1,700 LF of East Jeter Road. The project consists of approximately 4,400 SY of 6 (2 Type D on 4 Type B) HMAC pavement on a 6 flex base subgrade. The Contractor shall be responsible for the preparation and distribution of a Townapproved Notice of Construction letter to all businesses and residents who will be directly affected by the proposed paving, storm drain, water, and sewer construction activities. The Town Project Inspector will designate to the Contractor which houses/businesses are to receive the notices. This notice must include contact phone numbers for the Contractor and a brief description of the duration and general type of work to be done. PN - 57245
