ALL PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS/RESPONDENTS ARE HEREBY CAUTIONED NOT TO CONTACT ANY MEMBER OF THE blank STAFF OR OFFICIALS OTHER THAN THE SPECIFIED CONTACT PERSON. Offers may not be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days after the bid date without the consent of the Board of Trustees. Any Bid submitted unsealed, unsigned, sent via email or fax or received subsequent to the aforementioned date and time, will be disqualified and returned to the bidder. The Village reserves the right in its sole discretion, to reject any and all bids or parts thereof, to waive any irregularities technicalities and informalities in bid procedures and to award the contract in a manner best serving the interests of the Village. PROJECT SCOPE The Contractor shall provide, at a minimum, the following work: o Clean and inspect all catch basins and inlets in the target area by November 30, of each year and provide a daily report. o Fulfill all items and requirements listed in the General Conditions and Specifications. o Perform any and all additional work, as required by the Director of Public Works, for the unit costs indicated on the Bid Sheet. The work includes a Base Bid plus pricing for Optional Work that the Village of Mount Prospect may require the Contractor to perform during the contract period.
