Hard court redevelopment of 8 tennis courts with work including but not limited to demolition of the existing tennis courts, stripping and placing topsoil, common excavation, post-tensioned concrete tennis court pavement, asphalt pavement, concrete curb, acrylic tennis court surfacing and striping, dense graded base, fencing, net posts, storm sewer, erosion control, seeding, and site restoration. 2. All necessary work to complete the proposed contract as represented in the construction documents shall be included in the CONTRACTOR'S bid. CONTRACT "A" - TENNIS COURT REDEVELOPMENT - ALTERNATE BID 1 - ASPHALT 1.
