As of April 24, 2025 the project is in final design stage and awaiting building permit approval. An application is in review. The start date has not been established. Construction is anticipated to be complete by August or September 2026. The bid solicitation follows below. ________________________________________ Package 02 includes mass grading and sitework, elevator, and some electrical equipment. HUB, Small, Woman Owned, Disadvantaged, HUB Zone, 8(a),Minority, veterans, and all firms are encouraged to submit proposals on this project.
