Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Ingersoll, Ontario. Working plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
The Town of Ingersoll is currently seeking proposals from qualified, professional companies interested in the installation of a new Mitsubishi A/C unit to replace the current existing unit. The current unit has failed and parts are no longer available. The Town of Ingersoll is looking to replace the current unit with a new unit of the same make / model. The project will include removal of the existing unit and installation of new the new A/C unit. All permits will be the responsibility of the contractor. Each Proposal submitted must include a demonstrated understanding of the scope, project background and particulars of the services required as well as a clear statement as to the actual total price. Location of Work Fusion Centre, 121 Thames St North in the Town of Ingersoll Question Deadline: Thu Feb 27, 2025 4:00:00 PM (EST) Contract must be completed by December 1st, 2025 The Town reserves the right to amend this tentative schedule. The Corporation reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals, and to waive formalities as the interests of the Corporation may require without stating reasons therefore.
