To develop a feasibility study to determine what improvements/renovations the USF Tampa Campus Recreation facilities may consider moving forward. A required mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held at the date, time, and location specified below. Any questions concerning this Event should be submitted on the Event's Q & A Board. The purpose of this Solicitation is to achieve the goal of conducting a comprehensive feasibility study to evaluate the potential for expanding and renovating the recreation facilities at the University of South Florida (USF). The study will assess the current condition of the facilities, identify the needs and preferences of the university community, and analyze the financial, operational, and logistical considerations associated with the proposed project. The ultimate objective is to enhance recreational opportunities and improve the overall campus experience for students, faculty, and staff, fostering wellness, engagement, and a thriving campus environment. USF invites Supplier Bids to provide the goods and/or services as described in the Technical Specifications attached in the Prerequisites section of this Event. Supplier Questions Due: February 25, 2025 by 2PM EDT All changes or clarifications to the Event, if any, will only be made through written answers on the Event's Q&A Board and, when appropriate, written addenda to the Event posted on the solicitation platform. Suppliers should submit written questions through the Event's Q & A Board to ensure issues discussed during the pre-proposal meeting are addressed on the Q & A Board and, when appropriate, included in a written addendum to the Event. Response to Supplier Questions: March 04, 2025 Intent to Award: April 16, 2025 All individuals attending the pre-proposal meeting are required to turn all cellular devices off before entering the conference room. Failure to do so may result in a Supplier's representative being asked to leave the preproposal meeting and the applicable Supplier's ineligibility for the Event. Supplier representatives in the meeting can only represent one potential Company/Firm. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
