Acting as the Construction Manager for the Central Community College Renovation in Holdrege, NE., Sampson Construction invites you to submit a bid for this project. The project consists of an approximate 10,800 sf interior renovation of an old bank. The project consists of, but not limited to the following Scopes of Work: Demo, Concrete, Casework, Finish Carpentry, Flooring, Paint, HM Doors, Framing/Drywall, Glazing, MEP, Fire Alarm, etc.. The Work consists of an interior remodel of an existing building, previously used as a bank in downtown Holdrege, Nebraska. Remodel is approximately 10,000 sq ft of the ground floor and includes removal of existing finishes, banking equipment, restrooms, and mechanical and electrical equipment and devices. New work includes replacement of aluminum storefront entry, walls and finishes for new classrooms, restrooms, offices and support spaces. Existing building has a basement primarily for mechanical, electrical and plumbing services with replacement and upgrades as required for remodel scope. Question Deadline 02/21/2025 Clarifications requested by bidders must be in writing not less than four (4) days before date set for receipt of bids. The reply will be in the form of an Addendum, a copy of which will be forwarded to known recipients. D.
