It’s come to my attention that two versions of the unit prices for the Chewacla Sewer Improvements was included in the spec book distributed last week. The correct unit prices include 6 duplex lift station. You can disregard the unit prices that lists 3 duplex and 3 simplex Plans and specifications are for viewing purposes only and in order to be considered an official bidder contractors must obtain plans and specifications from Goodwyn Mills & Cawood LLC. The Project includes the following Work: Duplex lift station replacement (2), simplex grinder station with force main (4) and sanitary sewer replacement/repair and related appurtenances. Bid security shall be made payable to the Owner in an amount of five (5) percent, not to exceed $10,000, of Bidder's maximum Bid price and in the form of a certified check or Bid bond.
