Reference Number 0000375291 RFP Civil Engineering Services Question Acceptance Deadline 03/04/2025 12:00 PM EST Questions are submitted online No Terms of Contract: The contract will commence April 1, 2025 and end on March 31, 2029, subject to renewal for up to two (2) successive one-year terms. A standard Town Services Agreement sample and Town of Southeast's Local Law No. 3 requiring companies doing business with the Town to certify compliance with Federal law with respect to lawful hiring of employees are included with the Bid documents for review by the Contractor. No Proposer may withdraw his/her proposal within ninety (90) days after the actual date of the bid opening. The Southeast Town Board expressly reserves the right to waive any irregularities in a particular proposal, or to accept any proposal or to reject any and all proposals, or to award on any or all items, as the interest of the Town of Southeast may require.
