Site work and renovation of a civil project in Talihina, Oklahoma. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; and for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The project includes the following work: Contract A: Installing new package lift station, 30 KW generator and pad, and approximately 2,200 linear feet of 4-inch force main. Contract B: Pipe bursting approximately 80 linear feet of 18-inch sewer line Immediately following the closing time for receipt of Bids. Bidders must submit a Cashiers or Certified Check issued by a bank satisfactory to Owner, or a Proposal Bond from a reliable Surety Company, payable without recourse to the order of the Town of Talihina in an amount not less than 5 percent of the Bid submitted as a guaranty that the Bidder will enter into a Contract and execute Bonds in the forms provided within 15 days after Notice of Award of Contract. Bids without the required check or Proposal Bond will not be considered. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, waive any irregularities or technicalities without assigning any reason therefore, and to make the awards in the best interest of the Owner. The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond, a Payment/Statutory Bond, and a Maintenance Bond, each in the amount of the Contract, written by a responsible Surety Company authorized to do business in the State of Oklahoma, and satisfactory to Owner, as required by the Public Competitive Bidding Act of 1974 as amended (Title 61, O.S. 1981, Sections 101-136 et seq.).
