Renovation of a mixed-use development in Mobile, Alabama. Completed plans call for the renovation of a laboratory facility.
Reroof of Archeology Lab Building University of South Alabama Mobile, Alabama SCOPE OF WORK: The general scope of the work includes but is not limited to: Re-roof f existing Lab Building. Remove existing insulation, asphalt built-up roofing and spray foam roofing applied over top of built-up roofing. Provide tapered insulation, 2-ply-Modified Bituminous Rooms; perimeter wood nailers attached to existing precast-double "I"s, perimeter aluminium fascia and roofing accessories. Concrete repairs to damaged edges of double "I" flanges. In accordance with Code of Alabama, 39.-2-2(a), prequalification is required for this project. Robert Krchak, rkrchak@tagarchitects.net BONDS: A cashier's check or bid bond payable to the University of South Alabama in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the amount of the bid, but in no event more than $10,000 must accompany the bidder's proposal. Performance and Payment Bonds will be required at the signing of the contract. Bids must be submitted on proposal forms furnished by the Architect (Engineer) or copies thereof. All bidders bidding in amount exceeding that established by the Slate Licensing Board
