Each BID must be accompanied by a certified check payable to the Town of Norwich for five percent (5%) of the total amount of the BID. A BID bond may be used in lieu of a certified check. LOCATION: Beginning at a point on Hemlock Road beginning at 90 feet north of the intersection of U.S. Route 5 Station 0+90 and ending at station 12+00. TYPE OF CONSTRUCTION: Work to be performed under this project includes: Replacement of existing culvert with stone outlet protection and soil nail slope stabilization with shotcrete face and guardrail installation. CONTRACT COMPLETION DATE: The Contract shall be completed on or before October 15, 2025. ENGINEERS ESTIMATE: For this Proposal the Engineers Estimate falls between $500,000 and $1,000,000.
