Renovation of a mixed-use development in Elk River, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Project consists of the construction of renovations to the existing high school auditorium 1. Briefly and without force and effect upon the Contract Documents, the Work of this single prime Contract can be summarized as follows: 2. Work under this Contract includes: a. Interior Finishes: 1) Wall finishes of paint 2) Ceiling finishes of gypsum board and acoustical ceiling systems b. Electrical Systems: 1) Electrical service, switchgear, distribution panels, conduit and wiring. 2) Interior and lighting. 3) Low voltage work to include: lighting controls. c. Audio/Visual Systems d. Theatrical Systems F. Keep Architect fully informed about progress of the work, performance of the work and potential problems. This project includes: Acoustic, lighting, and audio/visual improvements to the existing high school auditorium. Make proposals on the bid forms supplied in the Project Manual. No oral, telegraphic or telephonic proposals or modifications will be considered. Submit with each bid, a certified check or acceptable bidder's bond payable to Independent School District #728 in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish satisfactory Labor and Material Payment Bond, and Performance Bond.
