The services contemplated are not related to a specific project. Services required are design and engineering services for the preparation of plans, specifications, cost estimates, record drawings, review of shop drawings, construction administration, construction management, preparations of contract documents, review of contractor payrolls and wage data, assistance with grant applications, energy audits, utility allowances, section 504/ADA assistance, clerk of works, feasibility studies, 504/ Physical Needs Assessment, assist with five (5) year goals/plan, advise Housing Authority if needed for developing RFPs/RFQs, review recurring problems and make referrals, provide feedback about applying for RAD/TAX CREDIT Sand other related professional services as needed by the ECHA. The Contract will be of the Indefinite Quantity Type, where the work will be required intermittently during the contract's life, which shall not exceed 24months, on an as needed basis. Negotiations will take place after notification of selection. The hourly rates to be used during the contract will be predetermined. ECHA reserves the option to extend the contract for three additional 12-month periods. In-scope changes to projects under this contract and/or contract options are not subject to the initial period. Each individual project assigned to the A&E will be issued as a separate delivery order, and fees will be agreed upon per each delivery order. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
