Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Gray, Louisiana. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; road / highway; and road / highway.
The City of Plano is soliciting removal and reconstruction of existing concrete arterial street paving and sidewalk repair on and near the area of McDermott Road from Preston Road to Coit Road. If quantities allow, the City may extend the project to include additional nearby arterial locations. Question Cutt off Date & Time 2/12/2025 03:00:00 PM (ET) Questions must be submitted electronically through . No questions will be answered over the phone or through email. This project has 160 working days allowed for TOTAL completion The amount for liquidated damages is anticipated to be $1000.00 for each day work remains incomplete after the time specified. Include a bid bond or a bid guarantee in the form of a cashiers check or certified check in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total maximum bid price. The successful bidder must furnish a performance bond, on the form provided, in the amount of one hundred fifteen percent (115%) of the contract price. Successful bidder must also provide a material and labor payment bond, on the form provided, in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price.
