The Contractors shall supply and deliver to the City of Surrey (the "City") everything required including all skilled labour, tools, materials, equipment for Landscape Maintenance - Street Beautification The primary obligation of the Contractor is to provide Landscaping Maintenance for high-visibility horticultural areas meeting the requirements specified in Schedule A, A-1, A-2, A-3 and A-4. General maintenance standards, as a minimum, include all applicable codes, regulations and safety requirements.
