Location of the work: Building 527, Dam Neck Annex, Virginia Beach, Virginia Question Deadline 02/25/2025 at 2:00 PM ET Description of the work: This Project involves: demolish and provide Direct Digital Control (DDC) network modems in the following NAS Oceana, Dam Neck Annex Buildings: 127, 127N, 127S, 187, 199, 430, 448, 510, 521, 522,523, 524, 527, 530, 543, 558, 560, 566, 572, 585, 586, plus the primary DDC network modem (12-slotmodem rack with SNMP management) and rack mounted Ethernet switch system in Building 501 (Dam Neck Annex Communications Building). a. Remove or alter existing work or facilities in such a manner as to prevent injury or damage to any portion of the existing work or facilities that remain. b. Repair or replace portions of existing work altered during construction operations to match existing or adjoining work, as approved by the Contracting Officer. At the completion of operations, existing work must be in a condition equal to or better than that which existed before new work started. c. Preserve the natural resources in accordance with the approved environmental protection plan prepared in accordance with UFGS 01 57 19 Temporary Environmental Controls. Estimated Budget Amount or Price Range: In accordance with FAR 36.204 Disclosure of the Magnitude of Construction Projects, the estimated price range for this project is between $250,000 and $500,000.
