Site work for a water / sewer project in Danville, West Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Work to be bid upon is generally described as follows: Approximately 4400 linear feet of 6-inch and 2-inch water line. Five service settings. One fire hydrant. One water line components. Construction time limit for the Contract is 120 consecutive calendar days to substantial completion, of which 75 consecutive calendar days is actual in-field construction. There is an alternate bid that allows adjustment in Contract Times to 335 consecutive calendar days to substantial completion, of which 75 consecutive calendar days is actual in-field construction. Bids shall be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond payable to Boone County Public Service District in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the base bid. Boone County Public Service District reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids. QA date - 4-30-2026 Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Only questions answered by Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect.
