Site work and renovation of a civil project in Aspermont, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
PROJECT INCLUDES: Project includes the construction and installation of a new pump station, valves, piping, electrical equipment, and associated appurtenances. The project will also include the recoating of an existing 1,000-gallon pressure tank. ESTIMATED COST: $242,500.00 BID BOND: 5 % PERFORMANCE/PAYMENT BONDS: 100 % FUNDING AGENCY: Texas Water Development Board (TWDB) / TWDB No. 62930 Contractors: Please note that we have a new feature on our website. Addenda will also be posted to the website and may be accessed by clicking the red "Addendums" button. This contract is contingent upon release of funds from the Texas Water Development Board (TWDB). Any contract(s) awarded under this Invitation for Bid (IFB), Request for Proposals (RFP), or Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is/are expected to be funded in part by financial assistance from the TWDB. Neither the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) or the State of Texas, nor any of its departments, agencies, or employees, are or will be a party to this IFB, RFP, RFQ, or any resulting contract. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities and to reject any or all bids. Any contract(s) awarded under this Invitation for Bids is/are subject to the American Iron and Steel (AIS) requirements of federal law, including federal appropriation acts and/or Section 608 of the Federal Water Pollution Control Act. This contract is subject to the Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA) Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program, which includes EPA-approved fair share goals toward procurement of Minority and Women-owned Business Enterprise (M/WBE) businesses. EPA rules require that applicants and prime contractors make a good faith effort to award a fair share of contracts, subcontracts, and procurements to M/WBEs through demonstration of the six affirmative steps.
