Site work for a mixed-use development in Lena, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; water / sewer project; and sidewalk / parking lot.
This project consists of the replacement of the existing natural grass turf football field with a synthetic turf field and underdrains, re-placement of the existing track and adding two additional lanes, new sidewalk to the south side approach embankment, the relocation of the jumping events outside of the track near the existing field event location, storm-water detention expansion and associated project utilities. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis. All bids must be accompanied by a bank check, cashier's check, certified check, or bid bond payable to the Owner for ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid. The Lena-Winslow School District #202 reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding. Question Deadline 02/12/2025 Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing.
