Reference number: 20028245 Deadline for receipt of complaints 2025-02-17 Electronic tender submission accepted Yes, via SEAO, with a document Expected contract duration without options (in months) 36 Expected contract duration with options (in months) 60 Description The Centre de santé Inuulitsivik (CSI) wishes to replace the on-call call system at its hospital centre in Puvirnituq, in Quebec's far north (Nunavik), on the coast of Hudson Bay. The new system is to be wired, and the project is on a turnkey basis. The current system was installed in 1985 and connects some thirty beds in 18 bedrooms and 17 bathrooms to a main console at the nurses' station. The system is spread over four (4) corridors (A, B, C and D wings), all in the same sector of the building. A second console is to be added to serve the maternity wing (B wing). An addition to the current system is required in another wing of the building, which will include a console connected to four (4) workstations If a BIDDER wishes to ask a question or request clarification on any aspect of the Tender Document or the Tender Documents, it must forward it by email to the file manager identified at the beginning of , specifying the number and title of the Tender. THE PUBLIC BODY reserves the right not to consider a question or request for clarification if it is sent to him less than THREE (3) business days before the date and time limit set for receipt of Submissions.
